We collect information you provide when registering for programs, events, volunteering, donating or subscribing to our newsletter: your name, email address, phone number and, where relevant, CV documents.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to deliver our programs and services: managing enrollments, issuing certificates, processing donations, sending event updates and newsletters you have opted into.
3. Data Protection
We protect your data with industry-standard security measures. Passwords are hashed, payment card details are handled entirely by our certified payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave) and are never stored on our servers.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate (payment processors, email delivery) and where required by law.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@digitaldreamsafrica.org.
6. Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
